Email us for machine and print support
The quickest way to reach Bottle Screen Printers is through our contact form. Tell us what you need, the product size, your site location and whether you need a new machine, screens, training or repair work. That helps us reply with the right advice first time.
- Machine installation and site setup
- Operator training and colour setup help
- Screen making and screen reclaiming
- Preventive maintenance and breakdown repairs
Where we work from
We are based in Aeroton, Johannesburg, with support for customers in Johannesburg South, Midrand, Pretoria, Durban and Cape Town. We also install and support equipment nationwide for bottle, cup and tube printing lines. Coastal humidity, dust and load-shedding can all affect production, so we factor that into our advice.
- Gauteng factory floors and smaller workshop setups
- Coastal sites needing extra care against moisture
- Multi-site businesses needing standard print results
What to include in your first message
When you email us, include as much practical detail as you can. A clear brief helps us check the right machine size, screen setup and spare parts before we reply. If you are upgrading an older line or setting up a new one, mention your daily output and the container diameters you print on.
- Business name and town
- Type of product: bottles, cups or tubes
- Artwork colour count and print area
- Any fault, wear issue or setup challenge
Response times you can expect
We aim to respond to email enquiries as quickly as possible during working hours. Simple sales questions are usually handled the same day, while service calls, spare parts checks and installation planning may need a little more time depending on stock and travel. For urgent breakdowns, tell us that in the subject line so we can prioritise it.
For Johannesburg and Pretoria sites, we often turn around support faster because travel time is shorter. Out-of-town and coastal calls are scheduled with site access, courier timing and local production windows in mind.
Service planning for active print rooms
If your line is running already, we can help you keep it moving with practical support. That includes operator training, screen reclaiming, preventive maintenance and production optimising. We also assist with colour setup so your first run and repeat runs stay consistent, even when power interruptions or weather changes affect the shift.
- New machine commissioning
- Repeat job colour matching
- Screen room workflow checks
- Spares advice for ongoing uptime
Meet the people behind the work
Our team is led by Thabo Mokoena, with support from Naledi Khumalo, Johan van der Merwe, Anele Dlamini, Farieda Jacobs and Sibusiso Nene. Between us, we handle sales queries, technical checks, site setup, training and service coordination. You deal with people who know cylindrical screen printing in real workshop conditions, not just in theory.
Send us a message through our contact form and we will guide you from there.
