Service Booking

Book on-site support for your cylindrical screen-printing machines, screens and production setup anywhere in South Africa. We help with planned maintenance, fault finding, operator training and urgent repairs from our Aeroton, Johannesburg base.

How to book support for your site

Use this service booking page when a machine is down, print quality has changed, or you want planned support before a busy run. We work with bottle, cup and tube printers in Johannesburg, Pretoria, Midrand, Durban, Cape Town and other parts of South Africa.

When you send a booking, give us the machine type, what product you are printing, the fault you can see, and whether the job is urgent. If you are dealing with coastal humidity in Durban or a dusty inland workshop in Gauteng, mention that too because it affects drying, registration and screen life.

  • Machine model or format size
  • What material you are printing on
  • Fault description or service needed
  • Your site address and preferred visit date
  • Contact person and mobile number

What our support visits can cover

Support is not limited to breakdowns. Many sites book us for planned checks, operator coaching, colour setup help and production tuning before a new order starts. A short visit can save a lot of scrap and lost time later.

We can assist with cylinder alignment, screen condition, squeegee pressure, drying checks, registration issues and general machine performance. If the line has started missing print, smudging or picking up dust, we can look at the whole process not just one part. In many cases the problem is a small setup detail and not a major failure.

  • Preventive maintenance and safety checks
  • Fault finding and breakdown repairs
  • Screen making and screen reclaiming
  • Colour setup help and print matching
  • Production optimising for better output

What to prepare before the technician arrives

A bit of preparation helps us work faster on site and cuts down on repeat trips. Make sure the machine is accessible, the area is clean enough to inspect, and someone from your team is available to explain the fault and show recent changes. If you have changeover parts, inks, screens or product samples keep them close by.

If your site has load-shedding or generator switching, tell us the schedule. Power instability can affect heating, timing, curing and test prints. On some jobs we also ask for compressed air availability, stable tables, and enough room around the machine for safe movement.

  • Leave space around the machine and screens
  • Keep sample products and rejected prints ready
  • Have spare consumables on hand where possible
  • Share the last time the machine ran correctly
  • Note any power, air or temperature issues

How the booking process works

Once we receive your request, Sibusiso or another team member will confirm the details and match the work to the right technician. For urgent breakdowns we aim to triage quickly and tell you what to check before the visit. For planned support, we schedule a date that fits your production plan and travel route.

Our Johannesburg base in Aeroton helps us cover Gauteng efficiently, and we also arrange nationwide installs and support in major centres. If the job needs spares, training or screen work, we will let you know what should be ready before we arrive so the visit is productive and not half-done.

  • Send your request by email through our contact form
  • Include photos or short videos if possible
  • Wait for booking confirmation and a visit window
  • Prepare access for the technician and your operator
  • Receive feedback, actions and next steps after the visit

Support for planned maintenance and production runs

Planned visits are a good option when you are preparing for a bulk order, launching a new bottle range, or changing over to a different cup size or tube diameter. We can check wear points, tighten up settings and help your team avoid faults before they affect the run.

This is especially useful for businesses printing for promotions, cosmetics, beverage packaging and branded merchandise where deadlines are tight. A machine that was fine last month can drift after weeks of use, and a quick service now is usually cheaper than a stop later. We do proper job tickets so the site knows what was checked and what still needs attention.

After the visit and ongoing support

After each support call, we talk through the findings with your team and point out anything that needs monitoring. If a part should be replaced later, or a screen needs re-making, we will say so plainly. No guesswork, no unnecessary extras.

For repeat customers we can help set a sensible maintenance rhythm based on your shift pattern and output. Sites in Johannesburg South may need different attention from coastal operations in Durban or Cape Town because humidity, dust and handling all change the way the equipment behaves. Good maintenance is simple when it is regular and your operators know what to look for.
